If you are caught breaking any agreements, you understand there will be consequences and have the possibility of being publicly blacklisted from future commissions. This TOS is here to protect both parties if there is any confusion or miscommunication. Any personal information from the client such as emails, addresses, etc. will not be publicly displayed without permission in order to protect their privacy. I work on my queue out of order and sometimes bounce around commissions. I try to work on those I receive first, but it is not always the case. Unless you have paid for a rush fee that will put you to the top of the list, you will receive your artwork at a normal rate. You can check on My progress through Twitter and Twitch.I will be presenting wips of my progress as I will go to keep you updated. If there are any changes that need to be made in the beginning stages, please do not hesitate to let us know. It is harder to change things near completion.You have 2 free simple change requests each WIP stage; I am a bit flexible on this rule, but don't abuse it. If I feel like you are abusing it or the change is outrageous then there will be an additional charge. Please be considerate when requesting changes because some may not be able to be met depending on the progress of the commission.Please do not claim any products I produce as your own work! Credit Me and link people back to me if they are interested! The last thing I need is people impersonating me or claiming my work as their own.
All products will have my logo hidden in them.**Please do not resell my products! **You may not use my artwork for commercial use / mass production / profit!
If you are caught doing this, you will be blacklisted!
Do not edit / copy / trace my art!The client will not file a chargeback for any reason regarding the commission once it is accepted by the artist.
If the artist cannot begin a commission (unlikely to happen once It Is accepted) then they will issue the full refund at their discretion.
The client will only use commissioned artwork for personal use (ex: personal prints for your wall, personal charms for your bag, Original Character page, etc). The prices listed are not for commercial use.
Clients will receive the full resolution artwork with watermark. Client will NOT receive a file containing layers (.psd, .sai, .clip, etc).
Clients must include all visual references possible at the start of your order.If you are found breaking the TOS / issuing a chargeback / being inconsiderate and rude before your commission is completed; I have the right to not finish / keep your artwork without a refund.Refunds

Some for personal reasons, others for breaking my TOS and proceeded to do so even after warnings were given. I do ask that you do not harass these users in any form and leave them be. I would appreciate it if you do not attempt to buy art from me for blacklisted individuals. The list can be edited at any point of time.If you understand this, but are caught repeatedly helping out the user, you too, will be added to the list.
